Join us to hear from the Center for Teaching (CFT) and the Center for Evaluation and Assessment (CEA) on ways that they could help you strengthen your NSF CAREER proposals.

Date and Time:

Friday, March 12 @ 10am-11am via Zoom

Center for Teaching: Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL)

The CFT collaborates with the instructors in reflecting on their teaching practice and exploring and examining the changes they want to make in their teaching in order to improve students' learning experience.

Specifically, the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) program at the Center supports instructors' systemic inquiries about their teaching from both research and pedagogical aspects.

Center for Evaluation and Assessment

The CEA provides third-party program evaluation and assessment. CEA staff and evaluators collaborate to write program evaluation proposals, design and implement evaluation methodologies, and report evaluation results.

Eligibility

Assistant professors (or equivalent) who are eligible to submit NSF CAREER awards are welcome to register.
