The deadline has been extended to receive nominations for the Discovery and Innovation Awards, which honor University of Iowa faculty, staff and student research, innovation, mentorship and startup success.

The UI Office of Research and Economic Development, the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Operations, the Graduate College, the John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center, and the Iowa Center for Research by Undergraduates sponsor the awards. The Discovery and Innovation Awards Ceremony, which will honor award recipients, will be held on April 24, 2017.
