The Research Development Office, CLAS Grant Support Office, and College of Engineering are hosting an in-person NSF CAREER Award grant writing seminar, Planning and Writing Successful NSF CAREER Grant Proposals, that will be held on Thursday, December 3 from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. The seminar is presented by AtKisson Training Group.

This seminar will cover the following topics:

  • Understanding the Basics of CAREERs

  • Planning Your Proposal

  • Crafting a Compelling Overview

  • Designing Your Education and Research Plans

  • Discussing the Literature, Preliminary Work, and Significance

  • Letters and the Rest
