Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Training
In order to meet the institutional obligation to provide RCR training, The University of Iowa has developed a Responsible Conduct of Research Plan under the joint sponsorship and responsibility of the Graduate College and the Office of the Vice President for Research.
Graduate Student Senate

Medical Student Research Program
The purpose of the Student Research Fellowship program is to interest medical students in research and to acquaint them with career possibilities in academic medicine. These fellowships offer students the opportunity to participate directly in the investigation of a scientific question under the supervision of a faculty mentor.
